Mom's Cauliflower Cheese Soup

  1. Combine 3 cups water, boullion, carrot, onion, and cauliflower in a large soup pot.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cut kielbasa in half, cut in half again, and then into bite size pieces.
  4. Add to broth and veggies as you cut.
  5. Turn heat down and cook until veggies are tender.
  6. Add evaporated milk and cubed Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.
  7. Combine cornstarch with water; stir into soup.
  8. Cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
