Sunnyside Ups in Hanpen Fishcakes
- 1 Hanpen
- 1 Egg
- 1 Ketchup
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Butter (optional)
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the hanpen.
- Spread a modest amount of oil on a pan.
- Pan-fry the hanpen with the heart-shaped hole.
- Flip over when browned.
- Crack an egg into the heart-shaped hole.
- Cover the pan and cook on the lowest heat.
- Transfer onto a serving dish when the egg is cooked to preferred firmness.
- Using the same pan, pan-fry both sides the heart-shaped hanpen.
- If you wish, add butter and brown it towards the end.
- Dish it up, and decorate with ketchup.
