Shrimp In Wine Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat oil and butter; add in onions and garlic, saute/fry till clear.
  2. Add in Worcestershire sauce and warm sauce.
  3. Layer shrimp in baking pan, season with salt and pepper, pour sauce over seasoned shrimp.
  4. Cover with sauterne wine.
  5. Bake 40 min at 350 degrees, then place in broiler to brown.
  6. Serve warm with French bread.
