Lighter Death by Chocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together water, cocoa & baking soda.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cream together margarine & sugar.
  5. Beat in egg whitess.
  6. Add flour, milk, & cocoa mixture.
  7. Add vanilla & mix well.
  8. Bake in greased & floured 9x13 cake pan 30 minute
  9. With fork, puncture top of baked cake and drizzle with kahlua.
  10. Cover with saran wrap & rest overnight.
  11. Prepare mousse according to package directions.
  12. Crumble cake into large pieces.
  13. Finely chop Skor bars.
  14. In a large glass trifle dish, layer cake, mousse, cool whip, and Skor bars.
  15. Repeat.
  16. Refrigerate (best served a day or two after making).
