Spiral Noodle Salad
- 2 cups noodles precooked
- 3 cups apples chopped
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless measured
- 1 cup sweet bell peppers chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise measured
- 2 tablespoons chutney measured
- 2 teaspoons curry powder measured
- Add noodles, apples, onion and raisins into a bowl
- Mix the mayonaise, chutney and curry powder together
- Stir and mix well into the ingredients in the bowl
- Refridgerate for 1 hour and serve
- Exellent with cold meats served on a hot summer day
- Enjoy!
