Mixed Greens with Bacon and Herbs

  1. Cook bacon in heavy large skillet until crisp.
  2. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  3. Toss escarole, mixed greens, onions, basil, cilantro, and tarragon in large bowl.
  4. Add oil; toss.
  5. Add vinegar; toss.
  6. Season salad with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide among 6 plates.
  8. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
