Accoutrement

• 3 brandied cherries
• 3/4 ounce Strega
• 1/2 ounce Creole Shrubb or Grand Marnier
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• Ice
• 2 ounces Calvados
• 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cherries and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the cherries.
