Thin Pizza Crust (Gluten-Free)

  1. Preheat your oven 400 degrees F. Place pizza stone or sheet in oven to heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients to make a moist dough which you can form into a ball.
  3. Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment or wax paper.
  4. Take the pizza stone out of the oven and lay the dough on the stone.
  5. The edges of the dough will probably be a bit rough; patch them if you like.
  6. Bake the crust for about 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. Add your desired toppings.
  8. Bake again for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and toppings are heated thoroughly.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Makes one average-sized pizza crust.
