Black And White Bean Salsa Recipe

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in heavy large skillet over high heat.
  3. Ad corn and saute/fry till brown, about 3 min.
  4. Transfer to large bowl.
  5. add in 2 Tbsp.
  6. oil, beans, bell pepper, onion, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno, oregano, chili pwdr, and cumin.
  7. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  8. (Can be made 2 days ahead.
  9. Cover and chill.
  10. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
