Glogi Spice Mixture for Red Wine

  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for an hour.
  2. Allow to cool and sieve.
  3. Store in a bottle in the fridge.
  4. Use 100 ml or more per one (750 ml) bottle of red wine (or equal amount of red grape or black currant juice): mix and heat gently.
  5. Sweeten with brown sugar, if you prefer.
