Delicious Baked Mashed Potatoes Recipe

  1. Cook peeled, sliced potatoes till tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mash potatoes with sufficient lowfat milk to fluff.
  4. Fold in lowfat sour cream, grated cheese, grated onion, salt and pepper.
  5. Put in buttered baking dish and top with extra grated cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
  7. Note: Potatoes can be made ahead of time.
  8. Refrigerated and baked just before serving.
