Raw Vegan Apple Bars

  1. Chop the nuts and seeds in a food processor until you get a mixture resembling fine crumbs.
  2. Add apples and raisins and pulse until everything starts to stick together.
  3. Then scoop the mixture into a quick bread pan that youve lined with parchment paper (I have a 31x11 cm bread pan, which is about 12x4 inches).
  4. Press the mixture into an even layer with a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate for at least two hours then cut into bars and enjoy!
