Greek Turkey Burgers

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for turkey burgers (turkey, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oregano, egg).
  2. Let refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Using your (clean) hands, form turkey burgers into four patties, about three inches in diameter and one inch thick.
  4. On a hot grill pan or skillet, spray cooking spray and cook for six minutes per side or until turkey is cooked to 160 degrees F when measured with a meat thermometer.
  5. Serve burgers with lettuce and tomato, if desired, on a whole wheat roll or English muffin.
