Greek Turkey Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Turkey Breast, Lean
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 13 cups Finely Chopped Sun-dried Tomatoes, Packed In Oil
- 1/4 cups Chopped Kalamata Olives
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1 whole Egg
- 4 pieces Lettuce And Tomato, Optional
- 4 whole English Muffins Or Wheat Rolls (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for turkey burgers (turkey, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oregano, egg).
- Let refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Using your (clean) hands, form turkey burgers into four patties, about three inches in diameter and one inch thick.
- On a hot grill pan or skillet, spray cooking spray and cook for six minutes per side or until turkey is cooked to 160 degrees F when measured with a meat thermometer.
- Serve burgers with lettuce and tomato, if desired, on a whole wheat roll or English muffin.
