Sirloin With Bacon Dijon Sauce

  1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  3. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in skillet.
  4. Cut beef into 4 serving pieces.
  5. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  6. Cook beef in bacon grease in skillet over medium heat, about 6 minutes, turning over or until desired doneness.
  7. Remove beef from skillet and cover to keep warm.
  8. Mix beef broth, mustard, thyme, and green onions in skillet.
  9. Cook over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened.
  10. Serve over beef.
  11. Sprinkle beef with bacon.
