Cowboy Spaghetti
- 8 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Pasta
- 3 slices Turkey Bacon, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Diced Italian Tomatoes
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a deep pan, saute chopped bacon for 5 minutes in olive oil, until slightly crispy.
- Remove from pan.
- Cook ground turkey until no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar.
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over pasta.
- Top with cheese if desired.
