Golden Snacking Granola
- 2 cups oats
- 1 12 cups slivered almonds or 1 12 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 13 cups flaked coconut
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 (300 g) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular)
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup banana chips (optional)
- 1 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 300F In large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, cinnamon and salt.
- Pour in sweetened condensed milk and oil.
- Mix to combine.
- Spread evenly in aluminum foiled lined 15x10-inch jellyroll pan or baking sheet.
- Bake 50-55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven; stir in banana chips (optional) and raisins.
- Cool completely.
- Store leftovers lightly covered at room temperature.
