Chicken Chillies Recipe
- 2-3 lbs. cooked chicken
- 1 (8 or possibly 10 ounce.) pkg. flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound Colby Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chiles
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- Jalapenos to taste
- Cut chicken into bite-size pcs.
- Tear or possibly cut tortillas into small pcs.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 min.
- Jalapenos may be added to mix or possibly served on the side.
