Philly Cheese Steak Dip
- 1 box (24 Oz. Box, 16 Slices) Steak-Umms Or Equivalent
- 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 jar Cheez Whiz (8 Ounce Jar)
- 1 block Velveeta Cheese (1 Pound Block)
- Cook Steak-Umms until brown.
- While cooking, tear the slices into smaller pieces using two spatulas.
- Drain grease and add to a crock pot on high.
- Chop both the bell pepper and onion; saute in olive oil until onions are translucent.
- Add to the crock pot.
- Cut the Velveeta into cubes and add both cheeses to the crock pot and let melt, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once cheese is melted, its ready to be served!
- Serving suggestions: toasted baugette slices and veggies.
