Philly Cheese Steak Dip

  1. Cook Steak-Umms until brown.
  2. While cooking, tear the slices into smaller pieces using two spatulas.
  3. Drain grease and add to a crock pot on high.
  4. Chop both the bell pepper and onion; saute in olive oil until onions are translucent.
  5. Add to the crock pot.
  6. Cut the Velveeta into cubes and add both cheeses to the crock pot and let melt, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Once cheese is melted, its ready to be served!
  9. Serving suggestions: toasted baugette slices and veggies.
