Potato Burritos Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 5 med. potatoes, fried
- 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
- Picante sauce, your choice
- 20 flour tortillas
- Brown and drain grnd beef.
- Fry and drain potatoes.
- Put into big stewer.
- Add in grated cheese and picante sauce.
- Heat till cheese is melted.
- Heat flour tortillas in microwave till hot to touch, cover with wet towel before beating.
- Spoon into flour tortillas and roll up.
- Serve with refried beans and chips and picante sauce.
- Add in scrambed egg for a quick delicious breakfast on the go.
