Turkey Sausage Pan Roast Recipe

  1. In large skillet, over low heat, cook bacon till crisp.
  2. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  3. Add in vegetables and seasonings to pan drippings.
  4. Cook over medium heat, 5 min, tossing frequently.
  5. Add in turkey slices and water.
  6. Cover and cook on medium-low heat, 15 to 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender, tossing occasionally.
  7. Crumble bacon, sprinkle on top.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
