Easy Crockpot Roast
- 1 3-5 lb. rump
- round
- bottom round roast
- 2 10 1/2 oz. can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup onion soup mix
- 1.
- Trim roast to taste; score any excess fat.
- 2.
- Place into crockpot; cover with mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
- 3.
- Cook 1 and 1/2 hour per pound, or until tender 4.
- Allow meat to rest 30 minutes prior to carving.
- Strain gravy through a strainer.
- Serve.
