Easy Crockpot Roast

  2. Trim roast to taste; score any excess fat.

  4. Place into crockpot; cover with mushroom soup and onion soup mix.

  6. Cook 1 and 1/2 hour per pound, or until tender 4.
  7. Allow meat to rest 30 minutes prior to carving.
  8. Strain gravy through a strainer.
  9. Serve.
