Kraut Burger Stuffed Rolls

  1. Prepare dough according to recipe directions including first rise.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add salt to beef.
  3. Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer pink.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. In a large bowl add beef, sauerkraut, fennel, mustard, ham and beef.
  6. Mix well.
  7. On lightly floured surface turn out dough.
  8. Divide into four equal sections.
  9. Using your hand form a 9" round circle.
  10. Fill middle of dough with 1/4 of filling mix.
  11. Pull up edges and seal.
  12. Place seam side down onto a parchment lined baking tray.
  13. Continue same steps with the other 3 pieces.
  14. Place a slice of swiss on top of each roll.
  15. Bake in a preheated 380F fahrenheit oven.
  16. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  17. Cheese will be golden in color and bubbly.
  18. Let cool several minutes before cutting open.
