Hearts-of-Palm Salad with Herb French Dressing

  1. Clean and spin-dry lettuce.
  2. Divide amoung four chilled salad bowls.
  3. Slice hearts-of-palm and avocado and add to top of salads.
  4. Mix all dressing ingredients and shake well.
  5. Drizzle salads with herb dressing and serve.
