White Bean Spinach & Basil Hummus

  1. In a food processor add beans, garlic, green onions, spinach, basil and pine nuts.
  2. Give it a good pulse, and add in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Pulse until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings or olive oil if needed.
  5. Place in a bowl and drizzle with a tad more olive oil and pine nuts.
  6. Serve with whole wheat pita chips, crackers, or use as a spread with sandwiches!
