Coconut Scented Macadamia Nuts

  1. On a rimmed baking sheet, roast nuts at 250* for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drizzle agave syrup and vanilla over nuts, mixing well to coat.
  3. Return to the oven for 2 more minutes.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and toss with coconut and salt.
  5. Spread on baking sheet and let cool to room temperature before serving.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
