Andouille Sausage Soup

  1. Drain corn & black eyed peas.
  2. Slice sausage into bite-size pieces.
  3. Pour all ingredients into a soup/stock pot.
  4. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until all ingredients are heated through.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. *It's also good with hot chorizo &/or Cajun seasonings.
