Cheesy Rice and Tomato Pilaf

  1. Saute onions in dressing in large saucepot on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in broth, rice and tomatoes.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low 20 to 22 min.
  6. or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
  7. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
