Grilled Corn Salad

  1. To make dressing:.
  2. In a blender place vinegar,djion mustard, herbs, and salt & pepper.
  3. Blend on high, slowly adding oil until thickened, slightly (may be a litte runny).
  4. place in fridge to chill.
  5. To make salad:.
  6. Heat BBq grill to high.
  7. Grill corn until cooked trough.
  8. There may be some darker kernels which is good.
  9. Grill all other vegetables until softened.
  10. Carrots and Greens onions take the least amount of time so keep an eye on them.
  11. Cut corn off the cob and place in a large bowl.
  12. Cut all other vegetables in equal sizes to the corn kernels, or slightly larger.
  13. Pour dressing over salad starting with half.
  14. More can be added depending on taste, and personal prefrence.
  15. Move to refridgerator and let chill for 1 hour.
  16. Flavor gets better the longer it sits.
