Bok Choy Shiitake Stir Fry Recipe

  1. In a large skillet, saute/fry the mushrooms in the oil for 3 to 5 min.
  2. Add in the garlic, ginger, bok choy, peppers, green onions, sesame oil, sherry, soy sauce, and salt.
  3. Stir-fry till the bok choy and peppers are tender, about 5 to 8 min.
  4. Add in the noodles and mix.
  5. Serve on a platter and sprinkle the top with the sesame seeds.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
