Grilled Veggie Pitas
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita breads
- Kraft Pure Orange Marmalade
- Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- MARINATE vegetables in salad dressing for 15 minutes.
- MEANWHILE slice pita breads in half; brush inside of each with 2 tsp (10 mL) dressing.
- WRAP bread in foil and heat for 15 minutes in warm oven.
- GRILL vegetables until tender, brushing with dressing.
- PLACE veggies in pitas; top with cheeses.
