Grilled Veggie Pitas

  1. MARINATE vegetables in salad dressing for 15 minutes.
  2. MEANWHILE slice pita breads in half; brush inside of each with 2 tsp (10 mL) dressing.
  3. WRAP bread in foil and heat for 15 minutes in warm oven.
  4. GRILL vegetables until tender, brushing with dressing.
  5. PLACE veggies in pitas; top with cheeses.
