Baked Pumpkin With Shoyu
- 1 kg pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius Cut pumpkin into large slices.
- Place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil.
- Brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu.
- Wrap pumpkin in the aluminium foil and place onto a baking tray.
- Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap pumpkin and serve.
