Baked Pumpkin With Shoyu

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius Cut pumpkin into large slices.
  2. Place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil.
  3. Brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu.
  4. Wrap pumpkin in the aluminium foil and place onto a baking tray.
  5. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Unwrap pumpkin and serve.
