Apricot 'N Mustard Grilled Chicken
- 1/3 cup apricot jam
- 1/3 cup water
- 4-1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- Heat greased grill to medium heat.
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Reserve half for later use.
- Place chicken on grill grate; brush with remaining jam mixture.
- Grill 6 to 8 min.
- on each side or until done (165F), brushing occasionally with reserved jam mixture.
