Panko & Sesame-Crusted Cod with Sriracha Tartar Sauce

  1. Mix tartar sauce and Sriracha until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Mix eggs, sesame oil, salt and pepper in shallow container.
  4. Combine bread crumbs and sesame seed in second container.
  5. Lightly dredge fish in flour.
  6. Dip into egg mixture, then into bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides.
  7. Fry in 325F (160C) deep fryer 4 to 5 min.
  8. or until cooked through and golden brown.
  9. For each serving: Serve 6 oz.
  10. (170g) fish with 2 Tbsp.
  11. (30 mL) sauce mixture, 1 cup (250 mL) fries and a lemon wedge.
