Spinach with Sesame and Tuna
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp plus Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Beet sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- Drain the oil or soup from the tuna and flake it.
- Usually, I use Yushuna-san's oil draining method for canned tuna while I do other house chores.
- Rinse the spinach thoroughly and boil, then chop into bite-sizes.
- The roots are the most nutritious, so let's cut them into small pieces and use them.
- Combine ingredients.
- Add the tuna and spinach, mix together, and serve.
