Spinach with Sesame and Tuna

  1. Drain the oil or soup from the tuna and flake it.
  2. Usually, I use Yushuna-san's oil draining method for canned tuna while I do other house chores.
  3. Rinse the spinach thoroughly and boil, then chop into bite-sizes.
  4. The roots are the most nutritious, so let's cut them into small pieces and use them.
  5. Combine ingredients.
  6. Add the tuna and spinach, mix together, and serve.
