Lemon Pilaf With Raisins and Almonds

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Sautee onion, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
  3. Add in raw rice and zest of a lemon.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Put into rice cooker along with stock.
  6. Let cook.
  7. 5 mins before its done, add raisins in and continue cooking for 5 minute.
  8. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
