Louisberg Cafe Bread Pudding
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 6 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 12 cups broken bread, rolls
- dough
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Blend in pieces of bread.
- Pour mixture into a 13x9x2 baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until set.
