Blueberry Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 x -(up to)
- 3 c. Fresh blueberries
- 1 x (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 4 Tbsp. Minced pecans
- Combine first 6 ingredients and beat 5 min at medium speed or possibly till smooth.
- Mix in blueberries.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 for 25 min.
- Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Sprinkle over top of pie.
- Bake an additional 10 min.
- Refrigeratewell before serving.
- Yield: 6 to8 servings.
