Pork Saute with Creamy Tomato Cheese Sauce

  1. Blanch and peel the tomato, then dice.
  2. Finely chop the bacon.
  3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  4. Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan.
  5. When the garlic becomes fragrant, add the bacon.
  6. Add the anchovy into Step 2 and mash while adding the tomatoes.
  7. Stir in the and simmer on low.
  8. Cook until it looks like this.
  9. Season until it tastes just right.
  10. Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese.
  11. *Save about 1/4 of the cheese.
  12. Score the meat and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  13. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat on both sides.
  14. Then, cover with a lid and steam.
  15. Pour the sauce on the cooked pork and top with the remaining cheese.
  16. Enjoy.
