Pork Saute with Creamy Tomato Cheese Sauce
- 2 Pork loin (for cutlets or steak)
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Anchovy fillet
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 50 grams Canned, sliced mushrooms
- 4 Processed cheese cubes
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce (Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- Blanch and peel the tomato, then dice.
- Finely chop the bacon.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan.
- When the garlic becomes fragrant, add the bacon.
- Add the anchovy into Step 2 and mash while adding the tomatoes.
- Stir in the and simmer on low.
- Cook until it looks like this.
- Season until it tastes just right.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese.
- *Save about 1/4 of the cheese.
- Score the meat and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat on both sides.
- Then, cover with a lid and steam.
- Pour the sauce on the cooked pork and top with the remaining cheese.
- Enjoy.
