Caesar Salad Light for Two

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the grated cheese, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss romaine and croutons with 1/4 cup dressing.
  3. Any remaining dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  4. Enjoy!
