tortilla lasanga
- 2 lb beef
- 1 packages taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 1/2 cup salsa
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 can green chili
- 1 lb montery jack cheese
- 1 can enchilda sauce
- fry ground beef n drain fat
- stir in taco seasoning, water, green onions,
- stir in salsa
- spray the cooking dish
- layer tortillas in the pan
- top w green chilis, beef, n enchilda sauce.
- n cheese
- repeat if necessary
- cover w foil n bake at 350 for 45 min
- take off foil for the last 10 min
