BEST DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN EVER
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Sift baking powder, flour and cocoa into a bowl
- Put in the brown sugar and stir the mixture
- Melt the butter (in another bowl)
- Beat eggs and milk together
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients (like a hole in the middle)
- Add melted butter, egg mixture and chocolate chips into the well
- Mix them, but not too much
- Either use a greased muffin tin or a decorative muffin paper and fill them up 3/4 full with the mixture
- Bake them for 20min or until muffins spring back when lightly touched at 190C (you may want to preheat the oven before hand)
