Sunshine's Grilled Corn Grits

  1. To grill corn, shuck off husk.
  2. Lightly butter corn on cob and grill on the bar-b-que until slightly blackened.
  3. Cool corn and cut kernels from cob.
  4. Bring chicken broth to a boil.
  5. Add cream and return to a boil.
  6. Slowly wisk in the grits and then the corn.
  7. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
