Crisp Coating Mix

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour into a 5-cup container with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Seal container.
  5. Label with date and contents.
  6. Store in a cool dry place.
  7. Use within 2 months.
  8. Use on chicken& fish.
