Banana Bread for a crowd

• 7 medium mashed ripe bananas
• 3 cup sugar
• 1 cup softened margarine
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon

1. preheat oven to 325'F
2. grease and flour 9x13 pan
3. cream together sugar, eggs, margarine and bananas in large bowl.
4. add remaining ingredients mixing well.
5. pour into prepared pan
6. bake for 70-80mins until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
