Pumpkin Bread
- 3 13 cups flour
- 2 23 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 lb pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 23 cup water
- 23 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon light molasses
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 13 pecans, chopped
- Sift together dry ingredients and beat together with remaining ingredients untill batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into 2 well greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350F for 65 minutes.
