Beef Or Venison Roast Recipe

• 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup, undiluted

1. Arrange a sheet of foil in a shallow baking pan.
2. Place meat in center.
3. Sprinkle all sides of meat with onion soup mix.
4. Pour can of soup over meat.
5. Bring up foil over meat; seal with double fold.
6. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 3-4 hrs or possibly till nice and tender.
7. Delicious.
