Spicy Chicken Skewers
- 1 kg chicken thigh
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons flaked sea salt
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and toos to combine.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Thread chicken onto pre-soaked wooden skewers and char grill over high heat until cooked through, turning once.
- Serve with whatever you feel like!
