Italian Chicken & Spinach Mostaccioli
- 2 cups mostaccioli, uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken, garlic and dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in pasta sauce and spinach; cook 5 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to sauce mixture; stir to evenly coat.
- Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
