Dilly Meatballs

  1. Mix beef, oats, egg, salt, pepper and half of the dill weed.
  2. Make small meatballs.
  3. Brown in oil.
  4. Drain off oil.
  5. Stir in water, bouillon cube.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes.
  8. Add sour cream and other half of dill weed.
  9. Heat.
  10. Serve while hot.
