Creamy Carnival Cups

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl with wire whisk at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice cream; mix well.
  4. Pour into six dessert bowls.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. or until set.
  7. Top each serving with about 1 Tbsp.
  8. whipped topping just before serving.
